Thank you for your interest in the Summer Camp Program Instructor with Inclusive Milestones Children Development Centres (IMCDC). This position is responsible for delivery of various summer camp programs and weekly camp activities in compliance with IMCDC policies and procedures.

Our goal is to provide a work environment that is collaborative, energetic, and welcoming to all our therapists, children and their families. Our vision is simple. Therapy should be accessible, convenient, client centred, and provided by practitioners that have a passion for helping others.

Inclusive Milestones is looking for an energetic, fun and creative Summer Camp Program Instructor to provide fun, energetic, hands-on summer camp activities for children of all abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- To supervise all children during the camp program
- To plan fun and engaging activities for children to participate in throughout the day (crafts, games, water play days, theme days etc)
- To foster and implement fun and engaging activities for children to participate in.
- To be able to adapt programming to include all children and their abilities, interest and needs.
- To work with children from different background and specialized populations.
- To create and develop materials as needed.
- To perform other duties as assigned by Clinical Director.

**Education, Experience, and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a camp or childcare setting.
- Minimum one year related experience working with children with various exceptionalities is required.
- Proficient verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work well with others, and take direction will all company staff.
- Ability to be tolerate loud noises, active and busy environment. While simultaneously being flexible to daily changes in programming.

**Additional Information**:

- Hours may vary; typically between **7:30 AM - 6:00 PM**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
