We are rapidly expanding and are currently seeking skilled, motivated **Installers/Subcontractors** to join our growing network. If you’re experienced in plumbing or have a background in water filtration system installations, we want to hear from you

**Job Summary**

As an Installer/Subcontractor for Leaf Home Water Solutions, you will be responsible for the professional installation and servicing of our whole-home water filtration systems. This is subcontractor role offering competitive pay per completed job, flexible scheduling, and long-term opportunities with a trusted national brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install whole-home water filtration and softening systems in residential homes
- Clearly explain installation process and system operation to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed
- Perform maintenance or service work when necessary
- Submit documentation and photos of completed jobs

**Qualifications**
- Prior plumbing experience or experience installing water filtration systems
- Understanding of residential plumbing and tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV preferred)
- Own a basic set of plumbing and power tools
- Ability to obtain General Liability Insurance
- Smartphone or tablet for job documentation
