**SKID STEER OPERATOR**
HML is looking for a Skid Steer & Loader Operator for work in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. This position supports the snow removal & landscape divisions.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
To provide some idea of the tasks you may be performing, a list of responsibilities may include:
- Operating for landscape maintenance and snow removal within Edmonton and area;
- Must be willing to perform manual labor as required (including shoveling and digging);
- Landscape maintenance and snow removal from commercial sites;
- Executing operating assignments according to instructions provided by dispatch;
- Conduct basic daily equipment checks and maintenance;
- Work with mínimal supervision and direction;
- Execute work in a safety conscious manner;
- Complete all site documentation as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Qualifications for this project are a combination of skills and attitude:
- 3 years+ operator experience running skid steer;
- 3 years+ operator experience running loader
- 3years+ landscaping experience
- Laborer experience;
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 Lbs.;
- Strong Work ethic;
- Neat and diligent in maintaining equipment;
- Good judgement and problem-solving capacity;
- Fit to work in a rigorous environment;
- Ability to work in congested areas in residential neighborhoods;
**REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS**
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license;
- Clean driver's abstract;
- CSTS 2020 certification required;
- Ground Disturbance Level 2 required
