**Summary**
We are seeking a passionate Tour Guide, fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and available weekdays with options for weekends, to join our team at Toonie Tours in Ottawa. As a Tour Guide, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable experiences to our guests while sharing the rich history and culture of our beautiful country.
The primary responsibility for this position is to lead a group of 10-32 visitors to Ottawa on a highly entertaining and engaging tour of the city.
Bilingual or multilingual is an asset. Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead engaging and informative walking tours for diverse groups of visitors.
- Share historical and cultural insights about various landmarks and attractions.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
- Manage group dynamics and ensure safety during tours.
- Adapt tour content based on audience interests and feedback.
- Promote Toonie Tours' mission of discovering and sharing the Canadian story.
- Maintain knowledge of local history, culture, and current events relevant to tours.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance tour offerings.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in public speaking or guiding tours.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively during tours.
- Leadership qualities to guide groups confidently.
- A passion for teaching others about Canadian culture and history.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
