We are seeking an IT Client Support Analyst on behalf of our client, a leader in utility consumption management. This role offers a great opportunity for a dedicated IT professional to provide high-quality technical support in a dynamic environment.
**Position Overview**
The IT Client Support Analyst will be responsible for providing end users with technical assistance and troubleshooting desktop/laptop/mobile devices and networking issues while building positive relationships with internal users.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to users, including problem determination, resolution, and escalation
- Manage high-priority incidents from identification to resolution
- Collaborate with internal/external IT resources to restore services
- Assist customers through the helpdesk system, phone, and remote tools to diagnose technical issues
- Track and resolve incidents per company IT Service Desk procedures
- Perform security administration for user and data access
- Document incidents, outages, and resolutions in line with procedures
- Manage users/hardware on Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
- Stay up-to-date with company technology and policies
- Follow company privacy and data protection guidelines to ensure secure handling of sensitive information
- Complete other assigned tasks
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support environment
- At least 1 year of experience supporting remote users
- Associate degree or technical education in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Active Directory user management
- Experience with setting up and troubleshooting O365/M365 environments
- Network drives and printer setup/configuration experience
- VPN troubleshooting for remote users
- Strong communication skills in English
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of ITIL practices (a plus)
- Project management experience (a plus)
- Expert-level understanding of Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and iOS devices
