**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a FF&E specialist and project coordinator with 5+ years experience working on commercial corporate design or similar experience to join our team In this role you will be working with the design team to help oversee the specification, procurement and project management the installation of furniture.

As well support the Construction Team on project developments throughout the entire process of design and execution.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage pricing and furniture quotes based the design and FF&E selections
- Closely collaborate with the design team on furniture specifications and budget
- Attend client meetings to review furniture budget
- Prepare bill of material for client sign off on furniture order
- Attend on-site meetings and coordinate schedule/ furniture deliveries with Construction Project Manager and Site Manager to align with project schedule
- Manage project deliverables to ensure timely project delivery
- Responsible for maintaining and growing furniture vendor accounts/contacts
- Prepare furniture installation drawings
- Has a collective team approach to a project’s development and success
- Collaborate with design and preconstruction team to prepare budget, bids and proposals
- Participate in product training and learning, new product research
- Assist with office administration
- Order entry into Sage, including vendor purchase orders (furniture/sub-trades)
- Facilitate deposit and monthly invoices
- Coordinate furniture project schedule
- Client communication
- Provide support to the Construction Project Manager on day-to-day tasks (i.e. submittals, construction admin forms, health and safety documentations)

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of working experience in Project Management in the contract furniture industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of SketchUp is an added asset
- CET experience/knowledge is an added asset
- Revit is an added asset
- Strong sense of graphic layout and visual skills to best communicate design ideas
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and interpersonal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skill
- Able to adapt and work on multiple projects at once
- Ability for travel to clients sites in GTA
- Self motivated and able to establish priorities, work independently as well as engage with team
