**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Operate the POS system for order processing and cash handling accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including food handling practices.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and operating a POS system is a plus.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
