As our next **Residential Manager**, you’ll work directly with our President to plan, execute, and deliver top-quality residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead exciting residential projects from the planning stage through to final walk-through.
- Work directly with our President and collaborate with Estimators, Superintendents, and more.
- Keep things moving—manage timelines, coordinate trades, and stay on top of budgets.
- Set up new projects and make sure every kick-off meeting starts strong.
- Visit job sites regularly to ensure quality work and happy clients.
- Be the go-to contact for clients, architects, engineers, and sub-trades.
- Identify issues early and act fast to keep things on track.
- Track project progress and costs to ensure we finish on-time and on-budget.
- Supervise and support our Junior Project Coordinator to keep operations smooth.

**You Bring**:

- A diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Project Management—or similar.
- 5+ years of landscape construction experience (mandatory).
- Confidence in reading blueprints, understanding elevations, and navigating construction documents.
- Excellent communication skills—you keep everyone in the loop, from crews to clients.
- Tech-savvy skills with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and more.
- A valid driver’s license and clean abstract.
