As an analyst on the National Bank Operations team, you’ll contribute to delivering a superior client experience by supporting colleagues, partners and/or clients with our products, systems, and processes. **Your role**
- Analyze and interpret data to accurately carry out various requests
- Offer excellent customer service to our different partners and/or clients
- Share your expertise with stakeholders
- Help develop, implement, and improve new work processes and systems
- Compile, produce, and analyze a variety of reports and statistics
- Adhere to compliance and risk management rules

You will collaborate daily with the different Bank sectors and more experienced professionals to offer day-to-day operations support. **Required skills**
- College diploma or any other equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Able to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will frequently interact with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French

**Preferred skills**
- Inclined to offer clients quick, efficient service
- Adept at identifying and highlighting potential process improvements
- Able to work through ambiguity
