Leap Forward Childcare requires an experienced educator for our Infant Toddler Program _**This position requires at least 1 year of employment experience in a licensed childcare facility in BC**_and an ECEA, ECE or ECEIT certificate. Posted wage includes WE as applicable. Located at 2717 Peatt RD in Langford, the center is new, small and cozy. All our children enjoy field trips, dance and music classes, a HUGE gym, well-organized classrooms, neighborhood playgrounds rain or shine and much more. Our days are busy and exciting We have a structured yet flexible daily schedule. Programming is guided by the interests of the children and educators supporting a "learn through play" philosophy. We are fairly “old school” and we don’t use fancy apps or tablets, cameras etc. We make beautiful creative scrap books for each child, filled with pictures and artwork of their time at Leap Forward.
