**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed, including laboratory preparations.
- Provide clients with information on pet care, products, and services offered at the clinic.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and their pets.

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and animals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred; laboratory experience is a plus.
