**The Role**
- Support the General Sales manager in forecasting goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Assist salespersons in setting goals and objectives and coaches employees to achieve goals.
- Creates a customer focused environment and continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction
- Ensures that customer complaints are handled promptly and effectively and works closely with the customer to settle disputes.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal and provincial regulations that affect new car sales.
- Develops, implements and monitors systems and standards for the Sales Department.
- Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
- Provide product and training resources for salespersons on a continuous basis.
- Ensure staff understands and follows department policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous management experience is not required
- Strong motivational and leadership skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
