**The Job**:
As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales professionals focused on driving revenue growth within the industrial sector.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
- Identify market trends and customer needs to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**The Person**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Must be able to successfully obtain Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealer License
- Proven experience in industrial sales, with a track record of managing a successful sales team.
- Extensive leadership experience in the auction industry or related sectors (e.g., automotive, heavy equipment, industrial assets, construction or agriculture.)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to asset sales and auctions.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
