Data Management Specialist - Organic Processors

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and management of client information in electronic and physical formats;
- Scanning, uploading and entry of information into software database and client files;
- Organizing client files (paper and electronic) and facilitating file movement between office and field staff;
- Supporting the Certification Coordinators with processor client file evaluation
- Assisting reception with answering phones and directing clients to appropriate staff and resources;
- Assisting the Trade Document Coordinator with collection and preparation of client documentation necessary for international trade;
- Supporting the Financial Administrator with generating documentation related to fee collection and account management duties.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in database management
- Proficiency in use of Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, One Note and PowerPoint
- Post-secondary business college diploma or equivalent in experience;
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills;
- Effective and professional communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
