From April to September 2025 (or longer if you'd like), Pool Craft offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, collaborate with a fantastic team, travel across the GTA, and spend plenty of time poolside. If that sounds like your ideal job, we’d love to have you join us We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Pool Service Professionals Team for the 2025 pool season. **What’s In It For You**: - Work outdoors, in a collaborative and diverse environment - Gain independence + responsibility - Competitive living wage + bonus potential - Training and mentorship from experienced team leads - Develop valuable critical thinking and problem-solving skills **What Will You Be Doing?** - Work in pairs, with your own company vehicle where you control the pace - Travel across the GTA, primarily north of Steeles, visiting beautiful neighborhoods - Poolside duties including cleaning pools, chemical balancing & light customer service - Monday to Friday; some on-call Saturdays may be required **What Do We Need From You?** - Class G Driver’s license - Strong communication skills - Ability to work outside in various weather conditions - Nice to have: Knowledge of pool maintenance (but we’ll train you if you don’t) - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Organized, reliable, and self-motivated - Fluency in English - Proficiency with technology (iPads) - Be a decent, reliable human - Humour helps **Job Type**: Seasonal Contract length: 4 months Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking Shift: - 8 hour shift Work days: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-04-28
