**Position Overview**

As a Seasonal Retail Associate at our Richmond Hill store, you will play a key role in ensuring a high quality customer service experience. With the direction of the store manager, you will ensure a neat and organized sales floor, assist customers with their comments and concerns, replenish stock onto the sales floor, and work a cash register to process customer purchases. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service, teamwork, and a desire to contribute to the success of a growing business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Work with a team of sales associates to meet company standards and performance goals.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- With the direction of management, work to improve the store’s visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and consistently.
- Handle cash, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash register operation.
- Assist management with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is secure and well-maintained at all times.
- Support promotional efforts and drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment that reflects InSchoolwear's values.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate both customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to achieving store goals.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Knowledge of school uniform products or a background in retail apparel is an asset, but not required.
