Linck Child, Youth and Family Supports (“Linck”) requires Supervised Access Worker(s). These are full-time contract positions beginning as soon as possible and lasting one (1) year.

This position will require working days, evenings and weekends. The regular shifts would include 11:00am-7:00pm on Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-4:30pm on Fridays, however, these could be adjusted depending on company needs.

Qualifications:

- Two or more year diploma course from a community college in a related field;
- Over three (3) months and up to one (1) year related experience;
- computer and keyboarding skills, extensive use of word-processing ;
- Experience working with families;
- Knowledge of family systems;
- Experience in working with distressed families or families at risk of child maltreatment would be an asset;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proven time management skills;
- Computer literate;
- a valid G driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle;
- the ability to communicate in French is an asset;
- preference will be given to persons with a strong understanding and extensive experience working with other cultures, heritages and traditions; and
- a commitment to developing the highest quality culturally-appropriate service possible for the various communities that we serve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $19.58-$24.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
