**Your area of focus.**

The Collision Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the collision repair center, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction. This role includes managing a team of technicians, coordinating repair processes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

**What gets you up in the morning?**
- Manage daily operations to optimize financial performance across all areas of the collision center
- Oversee repair workflows to ensure efficiency and timely completion of jobs
- Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback to the team, setting clear goals and expectations to foster success
- Recruit, train, and manage staff performance to maintain high standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the repair process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and insurance companies
- Monitor accounts receivable and manage repair work invoicing and collections
- Write estimates and coach the estimating team to ensure accurate and efficient job costing
- Cultivate professional relationships with insurance adjusters and ensure smooth claims processing

**You have**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Centre Manager (or equivalent experience in a leadership role within a collision centre)
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving history
