**Work experience**

Experience working in a variety of payroll systems considered an asset, 1-2 years experience with payroll required.

Additionally experience in client service where being proactive with problem solving would be considered an asset.

**Required skills**
- Payroll experience required

- Commitment to high quality of work and exceptional client service
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online and/or Wagepoint considered an asset.

**Job description**
- Oversee and execute the accurate processing of hourly and salaried payrolls for a diverse client base
- Manage and execute government remittances such as Source Deductions, WSIB, EHT ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Following Employment Standards Act, accurate payments for statuary holidays, vacation pay, overtime payments, terminations etc.
- Responsible for producing Record of Employments, T4s and other government forms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, addressing and resolving client concerns with professionalism and promptness.
