**Network Analyst**
**Location**:Toronto

The Network Analyst II is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of IT infrastructure projects. Network Analyst have, and continue to develop, advanced skills through training and experience in the specialty area, as well as a mastery of the critical aspects of the specialty area.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical ability.
- Able to work with long-term perspective in addressing customer or business area problems/issues.
- Strong ability to coach and mentor others to achieve objectives.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external business contacts.
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional and technical development.

**You have**:

- Post-secondary school education in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure and Operations.
- Extensive routing and switching infrastructure experience a requirement
- Experience operating in ITIL Framework for Change, incident and problem management.
- CCNA, CCNPE or CNP, Azure Network Engineer and related technical certifications are an asset
