**Skills**
- Proficient in using Visio for process mapping and documentation.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
- Experience with SAS for data analysis and reporting purposes is a plus.
- Solid understanding of budgeting principles to manage financial aspects of projects effectively.
- Proven ability in supervising teams to achieve high performance and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with PMBOK guidelines for structured project management practices.
- Knowledge of Project Server for managing project schedules and resources efficiently.
- Experience with Agile methodologies to drive iterative development processes.
- Familiarity with Workday for resource management is advantageous.
