About the Role

As a Project Manager at GetWrapped, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide creative solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering creative solutions and providing additional solutions as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and quality control.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all deliverables meet company standards and exceed client expectations.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle, employing a creative problem-solving mindset.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in large format digital printing, graphic design, event management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external contractors.
- Creative thinking ability, with a track record of successfully proposing and implementing innovative ideas to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining care and attention to detail.

Preferred Background:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field considered an asset.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of large format digital printing and the ability to determine appropriate technical solutions considered an asset.
