**Accounting Assistant**

O’Keefe Accounting Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant

O’Keefe Accounting Group CPA PC is seeking an Accounting Assistant capable of managing multiple tasks to join their growing team

We are looking to hire an individual who is looking to expand their accounting knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent position for individuals who are interested in building a well-rounded skill set while working with an exciting diverse clientele.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing tax documents
- Responding to client inquiries
- Prepare and analyze reports
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Bookkeeping
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Reception area coverage
- Diploma specializing in Business Administration, Human resources, accounting, or related studies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Accounting Software
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Ability to multitask, meet recurring deadlines and take ownership of assigned client work.
- Well organized, self starter with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong customer service skills and communications
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
