Front Desk Associate

Job responsibilities include

1. Answering phone calls in pleasant and professional manner

3. Greet and assist walk in, in the showroom with their queries

4. Getting material quote from vendors, ordering raw material and follow ups

5. Maintain clean, safe and well organized work area and showroom

6. Pick up and sorting main. Keep files updated

7. Assist other associated when needed. Other duties as assigned

We are looking for

1. Work well with phone in a fast paced environment

2. Organized, focus and attention to detail.

3. Multi-tasking, excellent communication skills and positive attitude

4. Can comfortably work with MS Office
