**Location**: Montréal, QC (In-person work required)

**Job Type**: Full-time, 35 hours per week (9:00 am-4:00 pm)

**Salary**: $24-25/h

**Overview**: The Clinical and Translational Science Lab at the Douglas Research Centre and McGill University is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to recruit participants for our research projects. These projects focus on investigating the brain molecular basis of psychiatric diseases using neuroimaging techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting patient interviews (screening calls/baseline sessions/ PET and MRI sessions) for research studies
- Administering databases, including development, data entry, and ensuring data quality
- Communicating with Research Ethics Boards (REB) regarding comments and amendments
- Managing long-term data storage and data curation (and milestone reports)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology**:

- Prior experience in clinical research and patient recruitment is **required.**:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and French **is required**.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent team-working skills, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability to change
- Experience in clinical trials, including informed consent, regulatory audits, and clinical trials documentation is **required**.
- Must hold a valid work permit, permanent residency, or citizenship
