**Position**: Inside IT Sales Representative
**Location**: Markham, ON
**Type**: Full-time, On-site
**Salary**: $45,000 - $50,000 per annum

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate efficient and accurate order processing, ensuring their IT purchases meet their needs and expectations.
- Maintain an unwavering focus on detail to minimize errors and enhance the smoothness of the purchasing process.
- Work alongside distribution channels to coordinate shipments and monitor order statuses, ensuring clients receive their purchases promptly and hassle-free.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring clients feel supported throughout their purchasing journey.
- Actively identify opportunities to enhance clients' purchases by highlighting relevant upselling options and effectively communicating the benefits of additional products or services.
- Engage in close collaboration with the sales team to align efforts and achieve overarching sales objectives, all while prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service roles, with a strong emphasis on assisting clients with their purchases.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a keen attention to detail and ensure accuracy throughout the purchasing process, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products, to optimize clients' purchasing experiences.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and consistently deliver exceptional support to clients as they navigate their IT purchases.
