We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Manager to oversee all aspects of the financing and insurance process. In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales staff, and financial institutions to ensure seamless transactions while maximizing profitability. Your expertise in finance, compliance, and customer service will be essential in driving our business forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with customers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present financing options and related products to customers.
- Process finance transactions and ensure % compliance with province laws and regulations.
- Maintain relationships with lenders and insurance providers to optimize product offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to financing and insurance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in Financial Services Manager role considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership experience
- Valid Driver’s License
**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required**
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices.
- Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Requires accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication with other team members and departments in the dealership.
