**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Pit Supervisor in managing daily operations of the aggregates pit.
- Support in supervising and coordinating the activities of pit personnel.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Handle invoicing and billing processes efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the Pit Supervisor to implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Provide support in resolving operational issues and addressing employee concerns.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new pit personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall pit operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the aggregates or mining industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
