Event attendee data is collected by Eventcorp at the “point-of-experience,” and is presented to our clients on a daily basis.

We work with a wide range of events and organizations from sports teams, leagues, to events, tournaments, conferences, fairs and venues.

We are passionate about consumer insights and we are seeking an individual who share our love for events, data and analytics
- Coordinate the shipping of equipment to project sites to ensure they arrive in a timely manner, liaising with clients and logistics companies as required.
- Preparation of data collection equipment and materials for shipping and field placement.
- Travel to events and perform site management duties as required, which include monitoring survey kiosks, performing periodic cleaning of equipment and troubleshooting, and collecting data from survey kiosks.
- For local events, coordinate the rental of vehicles (e.g. cargo van), preparation and loading of equipment, driving vehicle to transport equipment to projects sites, set up equipment and perform site management duties
- Using collected data, create client-facing reports that are clear, accurate, and informative. Design and integrate compelling visual elements (charts, graphs, infographics) to highlight trends and insights effectively.
- Identify and interpret patterns, trends, and key findings in survey data to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Work proficiently with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and other relevant software to streamline reporting processes.
- Must be able to work under pressure and oversee operations to ensure that projects run smoothly. Demonstrate the ability to use good judgment, make decisions, show initiative and take responsibility for situations when required.

- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, i.e. U-Haul cargo van and golf carts.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Located in Vancouver, BC.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
