**Overview**

**Duties**
- Plan and implement recreational activities that are age-appropriate.
- Supervise children during activities to ensure safety and provide guidance.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for all activities.
- Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers and campers.
- Adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of children, ensuring inclusivity for all participants.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program offerings and create a cohesive team atmosphere.
- Attend end of week staff meetings.
- Evaluate and incorporate suggestions to improve the camp.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and communicate with parents.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and enthusiasm while leading activities.
- Knowledge of child development principles is an asset.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
