Georgetown Toyota is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team in Oakville. The Part-Time Receptionist is the first point of contact for anyone entering the dealership and will be responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties.

**Hours**:Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4 pm - 8 pm. Saturdays, 8 am - 5 pm.

**Job Duties**:

- Handle and route incoming calls.
- Greet and support customers.
- Performing various administrative duties.
- Assist with accounting duties and Sales Manager reporting as required.
- Maintaining the reception area in a presentable manner.
- Updating the sales log in the One Eighty software system.
- Stocking in vehicles.
- Using CDK software to process payments and deposits.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What We Look For**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
- Must bring a positive attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Team-oriented.
- Experience with licensing vehicles is preferred.
- Dealership experience preferred but not required.
