The Starbucks Supervisor is a total foodie enthusiast who proudly leads a team of café associates in the day to day operations of the café department. These leaders are responsible for supervising daily food and beverage operations and for ensuring an excellent member experience. While some of your time is spent supervising, you are also experienced and comfortable with getting your hands dirty and handcrafting specialty beverages daily. You will be responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
