Wilsons Heating is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our team at our Truro office

Wilsons Heating specializes in custom heating solutions, providing service to thousands of home
- and business-owners in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. With 110+ years providing comfort solutions Atlantic Canadians, you'll be joining a trusted team of experts who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role reports to the Branch/Admin Manager and works closely with several other team members.

**Our next Service Dispatcher is someone who is**:

- Detail-oriented and very organized
- Dependable and a team player
- Able to deal with conflict and solve it quickly
- Client-focused and positive
- Able to switch between tasks such as answering the phone and data entry projects
- Skilled in communicating effectively - both verbally and written
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Experience in dispatching is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of GPS systems; familiar with Truro and surrounding areas geography
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment; for example, to triage customer requests to efficiently schedule service technicians
- Knowledge of computer programs and aptitude to learn new software systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in another data entry or customer service role is an asset

**Compensation**:
This position is compensated at $46,000 - $48,000 per year depending on experience.

**Wilsons Company History**

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
