- Provide input into the architecture and design of Audio-Visual rooms per requirements, including the design and stage installation materials, equipment, and tools.
- Supports with conducting site surveys, measurements, and installation planning.
- Perform comprehensive, onsite audio-visual equipment installation and validate and confirm the installations of a wide variety of audio, video, and control equipment.
- Design, guide and install Crestron and other technology control systems as required.
- Programming of Crestron/Extron and other Audio-Visual products.
- Support with mobile technologies and meeting room technologies
- Assist with client training, when required.
- Deploy desktops and peripherals following deployment documentation and checklists
- Perform complex hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment
- Perform network connections for desktops and printers
- Perform troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of most hardware or software malfunctions at the deskside level
- Perform complex moves, adds, changes of computer equipment
- Follow documentation and direction as required on projects
- Provide proper and prompt updates on projects and documentation assigned on daily basis
- Provide Mobility support (iPhones, iPads, Android Tablets etc..)
- Provide onsite and remote support.
