**COMPANY OVERVIEW**

We are an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the I.T. space, serving clients at a fixed monthly rate. Our clients are all small to mid-size businesses such as accountants, greenhouses, engineering firms, doctors, as well as larger companies including manufacturing plants.

The SDR will have two primary functions.

1. The SDR actively follow up with prospects via phone regarding campaigns sent via mail to follow up, answer questions, and try to schedule a discovery call with the sales team.

2. The SDR will also be involved in reaching out to businesses from an established lists to verify and update their information on behalf of B4 Networks, with the aim of refining and enhancing our marketing list.

This role primarily focuses on confirming details with prospects through calls, with no selling involved (other than to book an appointment with the sales team).

This role will involve extensive use of the internet and requires someone comfortable navigating the online world as well as someone who has great telephone manners.

They will work hand in hand with the Marketing and Sales department to understand tasks and to-do’s that need to be accomplished. The person that will be successful in this role will have strong organizational skills, have a high degree of accountability and be able to work autonomously - keeping to assigned tasks and reporting efficiently the status of work assigned.

This role will be a part time position with the ability to grow within the company and role should the person possess an aptitude for sales. **This position is available in office only.**

- Ability to schedule and coordinate sales appointments efficiently and effectively
- Ability to demonstrate persistence while maintaining respect for boundaries
- Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of setbacks
- Ability to exhibit self-awareness, a strong drive for achievement, and effective problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software

- Mature approach to work and commit to rostered hours.
- Active listening, clear communication skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner.
- Great organizational skills with ability to take tasks as they come.
