**Position Summary**

**Key ResponsibilitiesShawarma Preparation & Cooking**
- Prepare chicken and beef for shawarma, including proper marination and seasoning.
- Set up and operate shawarma rotisserie oven and grill.
- Slice, portion, and serve shawarma meat consistently and neatly.
- Assemble shawarma wraps, plates, and combos according to orders.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain food quality and safety.

**Food & Salad Preparation**
- Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and condiments daily.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area.
- Follow portion control and food safety procedures.

**Customer Service**
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and prepare orders efficiently.
- Ensure meals are presented neatly and served quickly.

**Cleanliness & Safety**
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Adhere to all food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen environment.

**Teamwork**
- Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Report equipment or stock issues to the supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in **shawarma or Mediterranean-style cooking**.
- Strong knowledge of **shawarma oven setup and slicing technique**.
- Understanding of **food safety and sanitation** standards.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Punctual and able to work independently or in a small team.
