**THE ROLE**:
You are detail oriented and committed to accuracy and organization. You enjoy data entry, coordination of details and working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and requests. You are a people person who can work within a large team environment and is comfortable dealing with stressful situations and problem solving while delivering Service Excellence to internal/external customers. When not supporting the admin team you will be selecting product in the warehouse and preparing it to be shipped.

**SHIFT**: Sunday - 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6:30am

**Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Enter data accurately (weights and shorts);
- Coordinate all labels for the shifts;
- Check in Drivers;
- Oversee the collection of cheques/cash;
- Provide service excellence to internal/external Customers.
- Must demonstrate an adherence to all HACCP and Food Handling practices.
- Must be able to stack product on a pallet to ensure product integrity and prevent damages while in transit
- Ensure that multi customer pallets are built in sequence order to ensure the driver can locate all products for that delivery
- Accurately pick customers’ orders as determined by the pick labels provided
- Must be willing to be trained in all aspects of our warehouse upon supervisor request.( Picking orders, Restocking, Truck loading/off loading, Receiving) etc,

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High level of organization is a must for this role;
- Comfortable dealing with stressful situations and problem solving;
- Ability to deal with multiple priorities;
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Ability to work with limited supervision and in an environment that has constant interruption;
- Must be able to safely operate a Raymond End Rider/ Reach Truck
- Must be able to lift up to 85lbs on occasion and repeatedly pick cases that weigh an average of 30lbs.
- Must be willing to work in a cold environment (up to -20 Fahrenheit) for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to meet and maintain daily pick standards as set out by the company
- Must be able to maintain an error to case ratio of less than or equal to 1/1000 cases.
- Must be able to do repetitive tasks and lift 25lbs. on occasion (note: this is a bona-fide job requirement).
