We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages for customers. You will need to be knowledgeable about coffee and its various brewing methods, as well as able to operate and maintain equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee and its brewing methods
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Passionate about coffee and committed to providing a great customer experience
- Experience working in a coffee shop or similar environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, take their orders, processing payments, pre-pairing drinks and serving treats
- Prepare high-quality beverages such as coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies, cocktails and beer
- Operate and maintain equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Keep the work area clean, organized and stocked throughout the day
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Answer any questions customers may have about the coffee, other beverages, treats and menu
- Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Maintain a positive attitude even during busy periods

Certificates:

- Smart serve certificate
- Food handling certification may be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
