**So what’s this role all about?**

We’re looking for Distribution Team Members who will play an essential role in keeping our facility running safely and efficiently. A major part of this role includes maintaining a clean, well-organized facility. From sorting recycling and garbage to dusting and sweeping, your work will help maintain an environment where the whole team can operate efficiently and deliver great results.

**Additional accountabilities**:

- Meets established receiving / distribution standards of operation
- Performs distribution duties including, but not limited to:

- Filling pick order requests for warehouse items
- Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling
- Entering information using RF guns and computer system and/or completing appropriate paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Learns and utilizes functions of the RF Guns and Warehouse Management Software
- Maintains a flexible schedule and works in all areas of distribution as required
- Complies with all health and safety programs, policies and practices
- Adheres to all company policies and communicates effectively with leadership team
- Maintains quality service by following organizational standards

**A few other things we’re looking for**:

- 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Ability to read and perform basic math functions
- Skilled in operating warehouse equipment (such as Motorized Pallet Jack, Hi-Reach Truck, Counterbalance etc.)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain and flow of goods
- Willingness to train and operate motorized and manual material handling equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift/carry 50lbs on a repetitive basis; ability to stand, bend, lift and/or reach for extended periods of time
