Calgary, Canada Fratello Coffee Full time

The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for completing the pick and pack activities, preparing Fratello Coffee Roasters products for shipping and delivery. Our Warehouse Team Members are organized and have a strong attention to detail to ensure our wholesale and online customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

**Pick and Pack**
- Responsible to print off all Sales Order Packing slips from QuickBooks and complete scheduled orders while recording last sales order number.
- Participate in inventory integrity and count activities, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any Sales Orders that are missing their Build Assembly.
- Properly store completed Packing slips for one month, in case of discrepancies.
- Pack all orders following the wholesale and online customer packaging standards onto designated skids.
- Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of low PAR inventory levels.
- Pallets of product not required for daily order shipping must be tightly shrink wrapped and stored appropriately with an attached inventory sheet.
- Maintain accurate inventory. Retrieve the correct products from inventory and according to the Sales Order Packing slips.
- Monitor “work in process” inventory from packaging area to transit/stock daily finished goods coffee shelves.
- Cycle coffee inventory FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, follow the sanitation standards and schedule.

**Shipping**
- Organize and package daily shipments in order of courier, pickup and delivery time.
- Determine method of shipment and prepare bills, invoices and other shipping documents.
- Loading or unloading of goods from trucks, etc.
- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading the delivery vehicles.
- Receive various warehouse shipments, verifying contents of shipment and stocking/labelling items into the appropriate locations.

**You’re a great fit if you have**:

- 2 + years of experience in warehouse and / or distribution.
- Familiarity with fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse work
- High degree accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient general math skills.
- Appreciation for clean and organized work environments.
- Thrives in a team environment, working together to solve problems and improve process.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks or comparable accounting tool tools.
- Minimum High School education.
- Forklift certification. Heavy lifting required.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
