**Your role**:

- Utilize a voice pick headset and material handling equipment to assemble customer orders accurately
- Use an RF handheld scanner to restock the warehouse efficiently
- Operate various material handling equipment, including center rider, pallet jack, reach truck, order picker, lift truck, and dock stocker
- Promote teamwork and contribute to the organization's success with a positive attitude
- Adhere to RONA policies and uphold our core values
- Support various departments to serve customers effectively
- Assist partner Distribution Centers as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow warehouse safety standards
- Perform facility upkeep tasks, including cleaning, tidying, inventory support, and light maintenance
- Demonstrate good visual and manual coordination with attention to detail
- Handle merchandise up to 50lbs, with team-lift for heavier items

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in machine operation is an asset
- Familiarity with voice picking technology is an asset
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in time management and problem-solving
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive outlook
- Ability to perform tasks involving stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
