**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.
- Develop and present customized pest control solutions to clients, emphasizing the benefits and value of our services.
- Close sales and schedule service appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Perform pest control treatments in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatment methods and follow-up visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest pest control methods, products, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in pest control is an asset.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to obtain a pest control applicator's license, if not already certified.

**Physical and Environmental Requirements**:

- Ability to work in dirty and unpleasant conditions, including cleaning up pest droppings such as those from mice or pigeons.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights, including climbing ladders and entering attics or crawl spaces.
- Physically capable of handling the demands of the job, including lifting equipment and performing tasks in various environmental conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
