**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide guidance on maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with farm machinery, sales techniques, hand tools, and power tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications as required by local regulations.

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,329.00 per year
