**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service stations for events or daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak service times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for food preparation and a desire to learn more about the culinary arts.
