**BURNABY SHOWROOM/DESIGN CONSULTANT REPRESENTATIVE**

Working from our Burnaby Facility, The Showroom Design consultant/Customer Service Representative position is to provide excellent Customer Service to our internal and external Customers and promote inside sales from our showroom.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Helping all customers with their selections and providing them with samples.
- Maintaining and updating all showroom displays.
- Tracking inside sales performance.
- Assist sales in planning customer events.
- Maintaining clearance area and promoting.
- Meet or exceed customer’s expectations at all time by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Positively support the Company with productive input on issues and problem resolution.
- Provide detailed follow up on all orders ensuring that the customer receives updates within company standards.
- Utilize all training tools provided (product knowledge, training meetings, videos etc.)
- Ensure all orders are entered accurately and provide detailed notes where applicable.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Strong communication, multi-task and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong listening and telephone skills.
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Retail experience, colour or interior design experience, or sales in flooring experience is an asset.

**Education and Experience**
- Showroom assistance
- Design background and asset
- Inside sales
- Customer Service/Call Centre experience, preferably in a Distribution environment.
- Order entry.
- High School Diploma.

This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. (Some Saturdays from 9:00am - 3:00pm)
