Chica’s Chicken is a family-owned, Michelin-awarded restaurant that has been bringing authentic Nashville hot chicken to Toronto since 2018.

We’re looking for a dedicated, team-oriented individual to join our experienced team as a Crew Member.

Crew Member Responsibilities:

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders in-person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy.
- Assemble and pack orders for takeout, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.

General Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both kitchen and front-of-house areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures.

Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant or kitchen setting is an asset but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong customer service, time management and teamwork abilities.
- **Attitude**: Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- **Availability**: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
