Mobile Tech Lead

This role will be focused on developing our Xsolla App. An app designed for gamers, consisting of mini-apps representing products by Xsolla and 3rd parties. The core functionality revolves around allowing users to earn and spend virtual currency across various games and services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the mobile development team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Define and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code reviews, and testing strategies.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and tools in mobile development.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems within the Xsolla App ecosystem.
- Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency in mobile development frameworks and programming languages (Swift, Kotlin, React Native).
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
