**Position Overview**: We are seeking a fulltime Parts Advisor to provide our clients with top-notch customer service and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly monitor and manage parts inventory, ensure warehouse organization, correct bin labeling and stock count procedures are being followed.
- Review estimates to verify correct parts selection and accurate pricing.
- Communicate with internal and external customers on any delays and progress.
- Cross
- train with Service advisors to provide support as needed.
- Communicate any pricing changes with the sale and service teams.
- Retrieve, document and process warranty parts promptly.
- Collaborate with Service Advisor/ manager to plan parts availability and keep obsolete inventory to a minimum.
- Utilize vendor sites and Dealer Management system effectively.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Mechanical knowledge in Marine or automotive.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency using various software.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically capable of performing required duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relations.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
