Volvo Cars Royal Oak is looking to add a qualified **PARTS ADVISOR** to our team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of parts - tires, accessories, and aftermarket options
- Demonstrated ability to work with automotive parts vendors
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, problem solving skills
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Motivated to succeed and grow
**Responsibilities**
- Provide top notch customer service to both internal and external customers
- Keeping current with all the latest and greatest aftermarket accessories
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of inventory - parts, accessories and tires
- Knowing which suppliers to order from when working on a deadline
- Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
- Create, maintain, and stock the retail parts and accessories display
- Help with shipping and receiving

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Valid AB driver’s license
