**Summary of Responsibilities**:
As part of the warehouse and parts team, the labourer’s responsibilities are focused on the timely execution of shipping, receiving and parts delivery to production.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehousing processes such as shipping and receiving, incoming shipment inspection, picking, kitting and packaging.

2. Put away stock in specified location

3. Organize and label received items for efficient storage and retrieval

4. Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or shortages to the Inventory Supervisor

5. Collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor, Purchasing and Production team members to address any parts-related issues or concerns

6. Assist on regular cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with system records

7. Other duties as required

**Job Knowledge or Work Experience**:

- 5+ years’ experience in the parts business an asset
- Strong knowledge of parts and warehouse processes
- Solid knowledge and understanding of all product lines
- Ability to listen and communicate concisely and effectively
- Strong business sense and industry expertise

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in inventory management is a plus

**Physical Demands and working conditions**:

- Working in a production/shop environment
- Occasional lifting required (e.g. deliveries, forms)
- Regular working schedule, day shift
- May be required to work outside of normal working days and hours
- Working Outside

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
